We know how important the Information is to you, and we will do everything we can to protect and respect your privacy. Please read the following carefully to learn how we use your Information. By using our Services, you agree that your information will be managed according to our Privacy Policy.
When this Privacy Policy says “we,” “our,” “us,” or something similar, it is talking about VIVA Store. When “user” or “you” or similar terms are used, they refer to you as a person or a legal entity, as the case may be.
HOW WE MAY COLLECT INFORMATION FROM YOU
We may collect and use the information below about you:
- You give us information when you fill out forms on our Platform, like when you sign up to use our Platform and other co-registrations (like social media logins), subscribe to our Services, post content, or ask for more services.
- You may give us, or we may get information from you when you enter a contest or promotion on our Platform, leave reviews, testimonials, or feedback on our Platform, or tell us about a problem with our Platform.

STORAGE METHODS FOR YOUR INFORMATION
The information we get from you may be sent to a place outside of Qatar and stored there. It could also be managed by people who work for us or one of our suppliers outside of Qatar. This kind of staff may be in charge of things like getting your order to you, processing your payment information, and giving you support. We will keep your information for as long as we need it to do what is said in this Privacy Policy or as long as the law allows or requires. Your information may be sent to, stored, processed, and used by our affiliated companies and/or non-affiliated service providers in one or more countries outside of the country where you live.
