Refund and Returns Policy

If you have a right to a refund, we’ll give it to you based on the following rules:

  1. If the product is found to be broken or not working;
  2. if the product’s specifications don’t meet Qatari standards;
  3. or if a certain feature of the product is not available or doesn’t work.

Vivastore.qa won’t let you exchange or return any of the items listed above under 1, 2, or 3 if the following conditions aren’t met:

  1. The customer doesn’t return the product to a Vivastore.qa point of sale within three days of the purchase date;
  2. or the customer doesn’t have the original invoice;
  3. or the product isn’t in its original packaging, including all accessories, catalogues, free gifts, and gift vouchers received at the time of purchase;
  4. or the product is broken or doesn’t work because the customer mishandled it, overloaded it, or used it in a way that it wasn’t meant to be used;
  5. Except for the situations listed above under 1, 2, and 3, you can’t return or exchange: health, beauty, and personal care products (because of hygiene reasons), laptops, mobiles, cameras, printer cartridges, consumables, PC software and accessories.
  6. Displayed or out-of-box product that the customer is expected to check out before buying and is aware of the “as is” condition of the product.
