Shopping Policy

Delivery

We will ship and deliver the items you bought to the address you gave us when you finished your order.

On each product, you can see how long it will take to get it. These times are only about right. If delivery doesn’t happen in the time frame given, you should contact our customer service, and we’ll try to figure out what’s going on.

We’ll be responsible, and you’ll be able to get a full refund if delivery doesn’t happen within 30 calendar days of when you placed your order unless we agreed to a longer lead time.

For bigger items, please check the size of the product and its packaging, if given, and see if it will fit in an elevator, door, path, or any other space. You will be in charge of doing these checks.

(if you want to send something to a physical address:) We are allowed to give the package to anyone at the destination address who signs the delivery note and says that they are authorized to take delivery. We won’t be responsible if you haven’t given that person permission to accept the delivery.

If no one is there to receive the delivery or is not willing to, we will try again. If that doesn’t work, the order will be cancelled.

Once the goods are in your hands or in the hands of someone you choose, they are at your risk.

Inspection at Delivery

You should check the products as soon as they arrive, or at least as soon as you can.

If you find a defect or nonconformity that you think is our fault, you must tell us within one working day. If you don’t, you will be considered to have accepted the goods sold.
