The website Viva store is an online store where you can buy the products listed on the site at the prices listed on the site at any time and from anywhere in Qatar. The headings of these terms and conditions are just for your convenience. They don’t change or limit these terms in any way.

Offering & Ordering

When you ask to buy something from us, you’ll get an email with a summary of your order request (the “Order Request E-mail”). The Order Request E-mail is a confirmation that we got your order.

After that, once the stock is checked, you’ll get a “Order Confirmation E-mail,” but this does not mean that your offer to buy the product(s) you ordered has been accepted. We only agree to sell you a product when we ship it to you and send you an email saying it has been sent (the “Shipping Confirmation E-mail”).

You may get a separate Shipping Confirmation E-mail for each package, and each Shipping Confirmation E-mail and corresponding shipment will end a separate contract of sale between you and us for the product(s) listed in that Shipping Confirmation E-mail.

You are responsible for putting in the right information when you place an order, like your billing information, the delivery address, and any other helpful information about the delivery.

We can stop selling or providing any product or service at any time.

You have 5 minutes from the time you placed your order request to cancel it.

You can cancel a confirmed order by getting in touch with us within 4 hours.

Pricing and availability

On the website, please keep in mind that estimates for shipping are just that. They are not guaranteed, and you shouldn’t count on them as such. We will send you an e-mail if any of the products you order turn out to be out of stock as we work on your order.

Prices for goods and services may change at any time without notice.

We can’t promise that the prices listed will be valid for a certain amount of time. Please keep in mind that this price may be different from what you saw when you first put the item in your cart. Putting an item in your cart doesn’t lock in the price that you see at that moment. The price of an item may also go down between the time you put it in your basket and the time you buy it.

Qatari Riyals are used for all of our prices (QAR).

Any sales or discounts will only be good for the time period listed and in accordance with the law.

You are the only one who has to pay for Internet access, data usage, mobile charges, and/or any other costs that come up when you use our services or access them.

Payment Methods

Qatari Riyals will be used as the unit of exchange (QAR).

We don’t give you any more rights, remedies, or guarantees than the payment service provider does, so you should read their terms and conditions carefully. We are not responsible for what payment service providers do or don’t do.

 

Warranty

The products listed on the Viva store do not come with a warranty from the site itself. However, the sole agent of the brand warranty information will be listed on the product detail page. You can also find information about warranties on the websites of the products’ manufacturers.

Customer Requirements

Notwithstanding any other requirements stated in our terms and conditions, you must fulfil the general requirements of this clause.

You warrant that the details provided by you at the time of your registration or any other time, are correct and complete.

You may not purchase and/or use our products for any illegal purpose or in any illegal manner.

Password and Security

When you register at the Viva store website, you will create an identification code for login and a password. We urge you to use a password that is sufficiently original and that is not obviously linked to your person so that it can be guessed by third persons.

Every action and transaction, including any order, that is done using this login and password will be deemed to have been done by you, and you will be held responsible for such action.

If you allow certain other persons, such as family members, to access our website through your internet connection using your login identification and password, you must ensure that such persons are aware of the terms and conditions and that they comply with these terms and conditions.

If we have reason to believe that there is likely a breach of security or misuse of our website, or that your password is being misused in any way, we may require you to change your password, and we may suspend your account if the password has not been changed. We won’t be responsible for any damage caused by our products or services that aren’t related to your health or your personal belongings or those of your family. We won’t be responsible for any moral or commercial damage or lost opportunities, either.

If a product causes damage, we won’t be responsible if you can file a claim directly against the maker or importer of the product.

If we were held responsible despite our disclaimer, we would only be responsible up to the maximum liability assumed by the manufacturer or importer. All disclaimers and exclusions made by the manufacturer or importer will apply to us as if they were made by us.

If a product that our merchant sells has a flaw that puts consumers’ health or safety at risk, we will follow the law about product recalls and let the market know about the risks, as the law requires. If you bought one of these products, we ask that you follow the instructions for returning or fixing it.

We won’t be responsible for damage caused by wrong use or maintenance of a product, breaking the terms of sale, or ignoring instructions, warnings, age limits, or changes to a product that we didn’t approve.”

Exceptional Circumstances

We won’t be responsible if we can’t keep our promise or if doing so would be so hard or expensive that we’d risk a big loss because of something unusual that we couldn’t have seen coming. In this case, we’ll decide if we can fulfil a delayed obligation when the situation allows us to do so in a reasonable way.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We can change and update these terms and conditions whenever we want to. You will get an email or see a message on our website telling you that the terms and conditions have been changed.

Any purchases made after the date of application of the new terms and conditions are subject to them.

The Law of Qatar governs our contractual relationship and the validity, interpretation, and use of these Terms and Conditions.
